  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day
  • Processing may take 1-2 additional days during peak seasons
  • Custom or personalized items require 3-5 additional processing days
  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days

Shipping Locations:

  • We ship to all 50 United States and territories
  • International shipping available to Canada, Europe, and Australia
  • APO/FPO military addresses are supported
  • P.O. Box delivery available for standard shipping only
  • Some remote locations may require additional shipping time

Delivery Information:

  • Signature confirmation required for orders over $200
  • Package tracking information provided via email when order ships
  • Delivery attempts will be made during normal business hours
  • Packages may be left at recipient's discretion in safe locations
  • Recipient is responsible for package security after delivery

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Hazardous materials cannot be shipped
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination
  • Oversized items may require special shipping arrangements

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Report lost packages within 10 days of expected delivery
  • Damaged packages should be reported within 48 hours of receipt
  • We will work with shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues
  • Replacement items will be sent at no additional cost for our errors
