Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day
- Processing may take 1-2 additional days during peak seasons
- Custom or personalized items require 3-5 additional processing days
- Weekends and holidays are not considered business days
Shipping Locations:
- We ship to all 50 United States and territories
- International shipping available to Canada, Europe, and Australia
- APO/FPO military addresses are supported
- P.O. Box delivery available for standard shipping only
- Some remote locations may require additional shipping time
Delivery Information:
- Signature confirmation required for orders over $200
- Package tracking information provided via email when order ships
- Delivery attempts will be made during normal business hours
- Packages may be left at recipient's discretion in safe locations
- Recipient is responsible for package security after delivery
Shipping Restrictions:
- Hazardous materials cannot be shipped
- Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination
- Oversized items may require special shipping arrangements
- International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Report lost packages within 10 days of expected delivery
- Damaged packages should be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- We will work with shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues
- Replacement items will be sent at no additional cost for our errors
