• Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective

Refund Process:

• Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
• You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
• Package items securely and include the return authorization number
• Ship items back using a trackable shipping method
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for size or color variations of the same item
• Exchange shipping costs will be covered by the company
• If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
• If the new item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or customized items
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items without original packaging or tags
