Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective
Refund Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package items securely and include the return authorization number
- Ship items back using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available for size or color variations of the same item
- Exchange shipping costs will be covered by the company
- If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
